Sponsored by International Council of Chemical Association (ICCA) and hosted by Taiwan Responsible Care Association (TRCA), “Global Product Strategy and Product Stewardship Training Workshop” was successfully held on June 12, 13 at Regent Hotel in Taipei. Nine guest speakers from Japan Chemical Industry Association (JCIA) and JCIA member companies gave lectures at the workshop. More than 100 people from the government and industry participated in the workshop. Minister of the EPA, Dr. Steven Shen, Director General of Industrial Development Bureau Jong-Chin Shen, and Council of Labor Affairs Director General of Department of Labor Safety and Health, Huan-Jan Fu attended the workshop in person and gave opening remark to support the voluntary chemical management initiative from the industry.
